Great post. I tend to focus on Google, so seeing Yahoo profiled was interesting.
I think first building up your site by implementing smart SEO tactics is a great way to go. Only then would I proceed to a PPC campaign. PPC can be a brilliant method of increasing traffic, but it’s riskier than really building up organic free traffic through SEO.

Excellent article and easy to understand explanation. How do I go about getting permission to post part of the article in my upcoming news letter? Giving proper credit to you the author and link to the site would not be a problem.
