I remember having to work hard to
get people to events.
Look at the frenzy:





Yes – that’s over 1,000 comments.
We sold 300 tickets in about an hour (with no
emails sent – just a Facebook comment) and then
increased the price to $97.
We were going to increase the price to $147 after
500 tickets were sold – but we overwhelmed the
server network of the bank processing our payments,
because so many people were rushing to buy at once.
So we decided to leave the price at $97 until tonight
at midnight, EST.

The Empower Network and the Upcoming Atlanta Blowout!

The Power of Using Google Adsense Blogs and Other Websites…

The world economy is in shambles right now, and many people are scrambling to learn how to earn extra money to help pay their bills.  There are many great opportunities out there, and most of them are located on the internet.  It’s not as easy as some people say but if you learn enough and follow through with the right work ethic, then you can start earning a substantial 2nd income or even a nice primary income over time.   One of the best ways to make money is by the Google Adsense program, which many people are using and very successful at.

Google Adsense is a revenue sharing program instituted by the company where you can place ads on your established website from other marketers who are paying Google for the chance to advertise their business or products by placing ads on the Google search engine.  If you already have a website, then this is a great extra way to monetize your site, but if you don’t have anything yet there are still ways to take advantage of Adsense.  Blogging has become a very popular method to distribute great information to the internet and others who may be interested in what you have to say.  Many people are searching the Google search engine every day for relevant information on specific topics that they need up to date research on. 

It is very easy now to set up your own blog about a topic that you’d like to write more on, and the two best sites for blogging software are Blogspot and WordPress.  Both are great companies and are relatively easy to set up, but I would say that Blogspot is probably the most popular for free blogs and WordPress is more popular if you are interested in using your own domain name.  For someone who is interested in more of a hobby as a part time writer, then Blogspot is the way for you to go.  It really is a lot less complicated to get one of these blogs set up then it would be for a WordPress blog, and you can have it up and running in a very short time.  You can pick your topic, select a background or how you’d like your blog to look, and pretty soon you’re ready to post your first article or video to the internet!

Some people will pick a very tight niche like “How to Make Tutus”, and others will select a much broader category like “Everything about Cars”.  It’s all up to you and what you’re interested in, but that’s the key is to find something that you like to write about and learn more about.  If you are interested, you will love to spend time on it, and you’ll probably also find others on the internet that also have an interest.  There are some niches where people are very passionate about, and they spend their time searching out other websites that have discussions about that very topic.  If they find your Google Adsense blog and they like what they read, then chances are good they will come back again and again to post their comments or thoughts on the topic of the day.

Once your blog is set up and you are posting, give it at least a month or so for Google to index it and view it as a useful site.  After that, you can start adding the Google Adsense code for your blog and Google will not penalize you.  If you add the Adsense code right away, then Google may get the idea that the site is strictly for profit and may rank it lower in the search engine.  Adding the code to your Google Adsense blog is actually pretty easy, as you just follow the directions given by your particular blog host.  Both Blogspot and WordPress have specific directions on what to do, and it’s simply a matter of signing up for your Google Adsense account, copying the Adsense code from your account, and pasting it in the appropriate box located in your blog host back office.  That’s it!  Then it starts appearing on your blog pages showing the ads that most relate to the search terms that you are using for that specific page.  For instance, if your blog is about dog training, then you will see ads promoting dog training products or information such as books or videos on how to do that very thing.

You definitely won’t start getting rich immediately, it’s going to take some time for Google to rank your site higher for certain keywords and over time it may appear on the front page of Google for a keyword or two.  By posting comments or articles at least 2 or 3 times a week, replying to other people’s comments, and working to add back links to your blog you will probably see your site ranking higher faster and your Google Adsense blog income start to grow.  There can be a lot of work involved, but if you’re willing to spend some time learning what it is you need to do and then do the work, you can be earning a nice income from Adsense in less than a year or so.  How much work and time you are willing to put into the effort may give you an idea on how much you’ll earn.  There are no guarantees, but as with everything you’ll learn much in the process.  Good luck!
